Monetary Donations

The Friendly Kitchen is totally dependent on the generosity of friends in our community. Your gift, in any amount, will help ensure we have the means to provide a meal to every hungry person who comes through the door.

We now accept online donations. Click the Donate button below and you'll be taken to a webpage where you can donate online (using a credit card). It's a simple and secure 3-step process!

You may also send a check in any amount to The Friendly Kitchen. Simply send a check made out to The Friendly Kitchen and mail it to The Friendly Kitchen, PO Box 373, Concord, NH 03302.

Food Donations

Any food donations you make directly help us feed the hungry. We always accept non-expired, non-perishable, and perishable food.

All donations must be properly sealed!

Common items needed include, but are not limited to:

  • Powdered Drink Mixes (Kool-Aid, Lemonade, Tang, etc.)
  • Canned Chicken
  • Pasta
  • Pasta Sauce
  • Stuffing Mix
  • Cream of … Soups
  • Chicken Broth
  • Beef Broth
  • Gravy
  • Hot Chocolate
  • Dressings
  • Instant Potatoes
  • Condiments (Mayo, Ketchup, Mustard, Hot Sauce, etc.)
  • Shelf Stable Juices
  • Bleach

Dropping Off Donations

We ask that donations be dropped off Monday – Saturday from 8:00 - 1:00 at 2 South Commercial St., Concord, NH 03301. If those times do not work with your schedule, please email us at  thefriendlykitchen@thefriendlykitchen.org and we would be happy to arrange another time to recieve your donation. When you arrive, please go to the double door on the side of the building and ring the doorbell. View map.

We do not accept donations of clothing items such as coats, pants, or boots.

In the winter months, we do accept donations of new hats, gloves, and socks.
